Kerwin to Host Two Senior Expo Events in April

HARRISBURG – Rep. Joe Kerwin (R-Dauphin) announced he is hosting two drive-thru senior expo events in April as an opportunity for residents ages 60 and older to learn about services available to them.

“The goal of these events is to connect older adults and their families with available resources and services so they can live healthy, fulfilling lives,” said Kerwin. “Providing them detailed information from local entities, all from the comfort of their vehicles, carves an easier pathway for our seniors to access opportunities they might not have known about previously.”

The first event will be held Tuesday, April 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, located at 982 Medical Road, Millersburg. 

The second is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the West Hanover Recreation Center, located at 628 Walnut Ave., Harrisburg.

Registration is required for both events. The deadline to RSVP for the Millersburg event is Monday, April 13. The last day to register for the West Hanover senior expo is Monday, April 20.
